We cover the costs of emergency treatment as a result of acute dental problems such as infections, pain, trauma or following an accident.

We cover hospital and medical expenses if you have an accident in a motor vehicle.

If you have to stay in hospital for more than 2 days, we will cover the travel costs and pay up to €100/day for 10 days for a relative to stay with you.

If doctors say you are unable to return home immediately, will we cover the costs of convalescing at a hotel with up to €100/day for 10 days.

If you need specific medication and you cannot find it abroad, we will send it to you as soon as possible and you can repay us when you get back.

Athletics, activities in a gym, activities on horseback (amateur bullfighting, etc.), basketball, motor-powered boats (with skipper), bicycle excursions, canoing, curling, shooting ranges / small game hunting, organised excursions in balloons, walking in general, jogging, football, golf, pedal boats, ball games, games and other activities on beaches and in camp sites, go karting, kayaking, jet skis, snowmobiles, swimming, sailing, orienteering, standup paddleboarding, padel, paintball, helicopter tours, skating, fishing, canoeing, Tibetan bridge, snow racquets, climbing walls, 4-wheel drive trails, Segway, hiking, snorkling, surfboarding and windsurfing, tennis, zip wires, trekking below 3,000 metres altitude, sledging in ski resorts, sledging with dogs (mushing), equestrian tourism, and any other activity of a similar nature.

White water rafting, airsolf, canyoning, diving and underwater activities at depths less than 20 metres, rock climbing up to a height of 8 metres, horse riding, climbing, fencing, caving at depths no greater than 150 metres, waterskiing, flysurfing, hydro bob, hydrospeeding, kitesurfing, cycle tours, mountain crossings by bicycle, deep water soloing up to a height of 8 metres, quads, rafting, rapelling, bungee jumping, survival sport, trekking up to an altitude of 5,000 metres, and any other activity of a similar nature.

We will cover the cost of baggage stolen using violent or intimidating means, on presentation of the written police report, as well as baggage lost or damaged on public transport, on presentation of the claim made to the carrier. Valuables are covered at up to 50% of the policy limit, with some exclusions that are not covered.

We will not cover theft of unattended belongings, such as theft that takes place in a restaurant or airport without you realising.

If the carrier of a scheduled flight loses your luggage, we will help you find it and get it to you.

If you leave something behind or an item stolen from you during the trip is recovered, we will send it to your home.

If your departure is delayed for more than 6 hours, we will pay you €50 for every full 6 hour period to cover part of your expenses, on presentation of receipts.

Delays caused by strikes or civil unrest are not covered.

If the carrier takes over 12 hours to deliver your luggage, we will reimburse the costs of any basic items you have to buy, on presentation of the receipts.

If any of your documents, transport tickets or credit cards are lost or stolen, we will reimburse you for the cost of replacing them for up to €120, on presentation of the relevant supporting documents.

If you miss your flight or the public transport you were going to use to start your trip due to an accident on the way to the airport or your point of departure, we will reimburse subsistence costs until you can depart up to a limit of €150 and on presentation of the relevant receipts.

If you miss your flight or other public transport that you have already paid for because the previous one is delayed for more than 4 hours, we will reimburse the cost of alternative transport or subsistence costs during your wait up to a limit of €150 and on presentation of the relevant receipts.

In the event of a last-minute cancellation we will reimburse your subsistence costs until you can depart on alternative transport with €50 for every 6 hours of delay up to a limit of €150 and on presentation of the relevant supporting documents.

If for some reason you can’t access your money we will advance it on presentation of a guarantee and you’ll have 30 days to pay us back.

If you need to send a message to your family as a result of a claim that we are covering you for but you are unable to, we will send it for you.

If you have a personal legal problem in any country that has diplomatic relations with Spain, we will put you in touch with a lawyer so that you can make an appointment to get legal advice.

We will defend your criminal liability in proceedings brought in foreign courts for events that occur in your private life as a result of your trip.

We will claim compensation for any damages you may sustain as a pedestrian or passenger on any means of transport.

We will claim compensation for breach of any purchase contracts you have for decorative and personal items or household appliances.

We will claim compensation for breach of contract for medical and hospital, travel, tourism and hospitality, and cleaning, laundry and dry cleaning services.

We will pay any claims brought against you if you are held liable for any injuries or damage you involuntarily cause to third parties.

We will indemnify you in the event of permanent, total or partial disability as a result of an accident during your trip.

We will also pay indemnification in the event of death as a result of an accident during your trip.

We will reimburse any expenses that you can not recover directly from the travel supplier (e.g. flights, hotels) as a result of cancelling your trip, provided that you cancel before the trip starts and for one of the reasons set out in the policy. Read the cancellation reasons in the pdf.
