On March 17, 2010, an insured our felt bad, had a tightness in the chest that left him breathing, and called his mother in great distress, he was on holiday in Thailand alone, to explain what was happening.

His mother contacted us and we with it, we told him to take a taxi and go to the nearest hospital. He did so but given the gravity of the case, the hospital put a ambulance took him to another hospital with advanced technology

The insured had a blocked aorta, had surgery on an emergency, and today is now resting at home without having to pay any money, our Co. paid the hospital directly.
